The ILP SNACK SHACK LLC., is an asset of the Erie County Independent Living Program. It is a Youth Driven Business, which is a collaboration between Bethesda Lutheran Services and Family Services of Northwestern PA.

This food truck business has been created to provide youth and young adults with practical, hands on job readiness skills and training.

The ILP SNACK SHACK LLC., will provide a supported employment experience allowing youth and young adults to gain the skills they need to become, confident, competent, self-sufficient and employable as they enter adult life. As a Youth Driven Business, the young adults will have the opportunity to experience entrepreneurial ship by helping to develop, run and operate a full-service food truck business.
